Dear Ms. Auch:

On behalf of the Province of Manitoba, we wish to extend our thanks for your contribution in making the International Women's Conference, On the Edge of Tomorrow: Celebrating Achievement, Embracing Challenges, such a resounding success.

It was both exciting and inspiring to see so many accomplished and

interesting women gather together to share their experiences. From the approximately 1200 women in attendance response to the conference has been very gratifying. The sessions inspired participants and afforded them an opportunity to celebrate the lives of women. In fact, the only regret we've heard expressed was that participants could not attend every panel.

The panel discussions were dynamic and though provoking and, indeed, all worth hearing. This could not have been possible without your contribution. The lives of many Manitoba and Canadian women have been made richer by your willingness to share your ideas and experiences.

Once again, thank you for helping to make the conference such a success. It was an unforgettable day.
